The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities that are attending any workshop organised by The Artisans Table, or purchasing items in our online or physical store. Please ensure you have read and understand the following:
WORKSHOPS
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the workshop on your behalf shall comply with these terms.
Payment
The fee for attending the workshop will be as stated on the booking form for the relevant workshop from time to time. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking and in any event prior to the date of the workshop. Payment will be made via our booking platform and you will receive a receipt for payment and a booking confirmation via email.
Refunds
Our workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your workshop, please either email theartisanstablelismore.com.au to cancel your booking, or log in to our booking platform to advise. Your booking will then be transferred to an alternative workshop or date you can attend instead for the same dollar amount. If you are a no-show then you forfeit your booking.
Postponement or Cancellations
In the event that we, The Artisans Table, need to cancel a workshop, we shall advise you of this as soon as we possibly can. If the parties booked agree, the workshop will be postponed to another date, and if that date cannot be made, a refund will be issued.
Liability and Disclaimer
Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, or postponement shall be limited to the price paid by you for such workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.
Photography and filming
We may wish to photograph or film the workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. If you do not consent to us (or any other person attending the workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the workshop with you, please identify this in your booking form.
Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy is very important to The Artisans Table. We are required to comply with the Federal Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and therefore our privacy policy applies to any personal information we collect, use or disclose, including the personal information of our employees and contractors.
How and why we collect personal information
We collect personal information in order to provide workshops and take online purchases. With consent, we may also use personal information for related purposes including providing clients with updates on our products and services.
How we use and disclose personal information
We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide and that you would not reasonably expect (except with client consent). We have a duty to maintain the confidentiality of our client’s affairs, including personal information. Our duty of confidentiality to our clients applies, except where disclosure of personal information is consented to by the client or is compelled by law.
Security of your personal information
We endeavour to protect any personal information that we hold from misuse and/or loss and to protect it from unauthorised access, modification and/or disclosure.

ONLINE STORE
Shipping
Shipping is usually within 3-5 days from order. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can check on progress. We accept no responsibility for delays and damage once the item has been shipped. We only ship within Australia and charge a flat fee of $10 for standard postage and $15 for express.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order when received to ensure it has arrived free of damage. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the concern.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
We do not offer returns, refunds or replacements for the following circumstances:
The customer got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it, they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it)
asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business, the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.
